We are seeking a Caretakers to join our team! Part-time / Full- time hours. You will assist in the daily care of elderly / disabled individuals.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities
Communicate ongoing care results and updates
Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
Provide routine individualized care
Monitor and report changes in patient health status
Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication
Qualifications:
Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
Positive and patient demeanor
Ability to build rapport with patients
Ability to handle physical workload, house duties and prepare meals
Excellent written and verbal communication
