Local Steakhouse is looking to hire a Supervisor for both the restaurant and outside catering events. The right individual should be a strong leader, a self starter, and take initiviate to get the job done.
A minimum of three years restaurant experience is required. Experience in management or a supervisory role is a plus.
They should be energetic, friendly, upbeat, and willing to go above and beyond.
They should be professional, organized, punctual, and flexible.
Must have open availability for days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must have the ability to supervise and direct multiple employees
Basic computer knowledge, including Word, Excel and email is necessary.
