Full time Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher for our Plumbing Company.
Job duties involve taking incoming calls and making outbound calls to assist clients with questions, schedule service appointments with computer software, resolve urgent matters, dispatch service technicians, enter in and bill client invoices, and promote our company with phone, text, and email marketing. Knowledge of office procedures typing minimum of 35wpm, telephone etiquette. Bi-lingual a plus.
