- Ideates & designs weekly homepage, emails and other digital assets, printed collateral, presentations, social media creative, etc.
- Manages the intake of all creative requests from external departments:
- Assigns design projects amongst designers (self-included), monitors project progress
- Collaborates proactively with other teams as needed
- Attends and participates in weekly analytic and content meetings
- Photo, design, trend and general creative research
- Works closely with e-com, marketing and social media teams
- Collaborate with the Creative Director with decks and presentations as needed
- Any other duties that fall under the creative team to support the brand
- Collaborates with Photo Art Director to produce studio creative concepts
- 7+ years experience, preferably for a fashion brand, or fashion publication
- Fluent knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills including but not limited to Google Docs, Google sheets, Gmail, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc.
- Experience designing layouts in Shopify and Wordpress a big plus
- Experience retouching and supervising retouching a plus
- Manages multiple priorities under deadlines, independently and within a team
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting and speaking in front of a group
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
