Inside Sales Representative

Description Our client is looking to add to thier Inside Sales team to join our them in Santa Clarita, California. This role plays an integral part in our operations, providing essential assistance to our sales department and ensuring all customer interactions are handled efficiently. This opportunity is in office 5 days a week. Responsibilities: Efficiently handle inbound customer calls providing accurate information and solutions. Utilize CRM and ERP solutions to manage customer relationships and resources. Conduct regular audits to ensure all customer records are accurate and up-to-date. Perform billing functions, ensuring all customer invoices are accurate and dispatched in a timely manner. Use ADP - Financial Services to manage financial transactions and processes. Leverage Configure Price Quote (CPQ) to accurately price customer orders. Ensure the 'About Time' principle is adhered to, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
