We are transforming our software delivery practices to bring in greater agility. You will apply an open communication and collaborative style and lead by example, being both customer-centric and service-minded, able to interact with cross functional stakeholders, BSAs, and technical colleagues – creating consensus and clear strategy where appropriate.Your ImpactOwn & drive SAP Infrastructure of Palo Alto’s to meet future needs, scalability, keeping industry-leading best-practices in mindBe part of and drive the design, engineering efficiency and optimize the development process for continuous product delivery Implement solutions to streamline processes, reduce redundancy, enhance internal customers experienceMaintenance and SupportMonitor system performance and resolve issues proactively to minimize downtime and customer impactsConduct regular audits of data quality and integrity, implementing corrective actions as necessaryProvide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring they are equipped to leverage SAP effectivelyBest Practices and DocumentationEstablish and enforce best practices for SAP DocumentationMaintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and proceduresCollaboration and LeadershipWork closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to align SAP Std capabilities with business objectivesStrong knowledge of SAP BASIS & SECURITY on SAP Products like SAP S/4 HANA, SLT, PI/PO, GRC, SOLMAN & SAP SAAS Offerings in BTPHands on experience handling certificate upgrades, IP Whitelisting, Network concepts, MTLS / Oauth Authentication, Integrating 3rd party systems with SAPAdmin on RPA Infrastructure, Celonis, Snaplogic is a plus
