Senior Product Manager (Prisma Access)

Your CareerWe are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead ADEM . This role focuses on providing visibility into User and Application Experience for SASE users. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the vision and strategy for this critical product area. You will define product requirements, collaborate closely with engineering, product leadership, and support teams, and work with field teams to ensure successful product releases and adoption. Additionally, you will partner with product marketing to craft messaging that resonates with our customers, conveying the value and impact of the product.Success in this role requires a deep understanding of customer journeys, user experience, and usability, along with a knack for visualization of data. A background in analytics, observability, Networking  is highly desirable. If you are passionate about creating seamless and insightful digital experiences, shape the future of ADEM, then this is the role for you.Your ImpactOwn the Digital Experience product area in Prisma Access to build a world-class analytics framework for User Experience, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and Application Monitoring.Build ML driven visibility framework to provide deep insights into Internet and user experience trends, peer comparisons on application performance and correlation with telemetry within broader Prisma Access productsDemonstrate the ability to rapidly prototype with Vibe coding and AI-assisted tools to create product demos, proof-of-concepts, or UI prototypes that accelerate customer validation and internal alignment.Leverage AI technologies (e.g., generative AI for UX prototyping, LLMs for requirement synthesis, and predictive analytics frameworks) to streamline product requirements, enhance execution velocity, and drive innovation in experience monitoring.Collaborate with engineering, product management leadership, support field teams to drive successful product release and adoptionCollaborate with product marketing to support creation of customer driven messaging and contentEngage with customers, develop insights into what is possible, and uncover unarticulated customer needsA passion for customer journey, user experience, usability and a knack for simplicity is critical in this role
