This position works cross-functionally to manage relationships with multiple suppliers, focusing on contracting, delivery, quality, cost performance, and the overall relationship between Palo Alto Networks and our supply sources. You'll develop solutions to optimize demand, costs, and the supply chain, driving performance based on KPIs and SLAs.Your ImpactPartner with stakeholders across Facilities and Corporate Services to develop and execute sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and service deliveryLead the full contract lifecycle: from drafting scopes of work and managing RFPs to redlining agreements and driving supplier onboardingDrive negotiations that result in competitive pricing, enforceable performance metrics (SLAs/KPIs), and scalable long-term agreementsIdentify and implement cost-saving and cost-avoidance opportunities through spend analysis, supplier consolidation, and demand optimizationServe as a key advisor on sourcing best practices, helping internal teams make informed decisions that align with policy and long-term valueSupport risk management by evaluating supplier compliance, onboarding, and data integrity
