Your ImpactAs a key engineer in the Cloud Management team you will:

Participate in architecture - design and development of features for the company’s security platforms on on-premise devices, the public cloud and private cloud

Proven ability to lead and collaborate with many cross-functional teams with an emphasis on end-to-end delivery

Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications delivering high-availability and performance

Actively involved in code reviews to ensure the shipped product meets the highest code standards and follows best practices

Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

Your Experience

7+ years of experience working as a Backend /API Engineer

You have expertise in any server side programming language - GO, Node JS is preferred

MS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent or equivalent military experience required

Advance knowledge of object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns

Ability to think abstractly and solve complex problems

Advance knowledge of complex APIs - REST, streaming, webhooks, AAA mechanisms

Knowledge of SQL and strong database modeling skills

Experience with queueing/pub-sub technologies (Redis, RabbitMQ etc)

You have experience with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git

You have experience with Micro Service architecture

Understanding of code vulnerabilities (security issues, type-safe code, sql injections, XSS etc.)

For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $144,200/yr to $233,200/yr.
