Principal IT Product Manager- Entitlement System

Your CareerIn this role, you will be responsible for envisioning, planning, and implementing our entitlement system that drives product activation, consumption measurement, reporting, and case management and more. You will build integrations with other IT and product engineering systems, plan and execute customer migrations, and leverage AI to offer innovative features and increase team velocity.Your Impact100% accurate, audit ready entitlement data across all Palo Alto Networks customers and productsDelivery of a robust system to manage complete entitlement life cycle Support product activation, consumption, case creation, and reportingDrive velocity improvements to significantly reduce time to market for new product introductionsKey ResponsibilitiesCreate, maintain and drive product roadmap for entitlement system and other functionsOwn the delivery and quality of product specifications including product requirements, project epics and user stories. Own product backlogs to drive continuous improvements and product capabilities and featuresServe as a bridge among functions – business, R&D, IT Architecture, engineering, QA – ensuring seamless product development. Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the product life cycleAct as a domain expert and go-to leader within the organizationAnalyze case trends and engineering escalations to identify patterns, prioritize fixes, and influence the product backlogDefine and monitor success criteria and metrics for the product, including usage and quality measures.
