The Production Engineering team plays a vital role in ensuring the reliability and availability of the production environment hosting Cortex products. This team also supports the Cortex R&D team through the use of CI tools, infrastructure, and automation.Your ImpactLead and manage a team of Production Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiencyImprove Production support processes in the DevOps org and in engineeringTrack KPIs of oncall alerts and support ticketsWork on maintaining and enhancing the reliability and availability of our SaaS productsSupport the operations for the production of our SaaS cybersecurity product, ensuring good service levelsAssist in the implementation of automated remediation tools for known issues, security measures, and monitoring within our cloud infrastructureContribute to reviewing existing processes, technologies, and proceduresCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including InfoSec, development, and QAWork on Infrastructure-as-Code solutions to manage and orchestrate our cloud deploymentAssist in managing cloud environments, including Kubernetes clustersParticipate in incident response and on-call rotation, supporting applications and infrastructure
