Description We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to join our team in Santa Clara, California. This role will primarily involve managing office operations and providing executive support to the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ordering and stocking office supplies, managing lunch orders, coordinating employee birthday celebrations, and assisting with mail management. Additionally, the role involves executive assistant duties such as calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, and expense report management.Responsibilities: Manage daily lunch orders and stock groceries and office supplies as needed Serve as the first point of contact for questions or guidance around the office Assist in coordinating employee birthday celebrations and other office events Manage mail and maintain office facilities and phones Assist with calendar management for the team Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements Manage and report on expenses Maintain an open and collaborative office environment Prioritize tasks and keep up with deadlines Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software tools effectively for various tasksSkills: Proficient in Concur, CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and About Time Experience in Calendar Management, Correspondence, C-Suite, Documentation, Book Travel Arrangements. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Requirements Must have experience in the role of Executive Assistant Proficiency in using Concur, CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and About Time software Demonstrated ability in Calendar Management Strong skills in correspondence and C-Suite level interactions Proven experience in documentation management Ability to handle and coordinate travel arrangements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Must have a keen eye for detail Experience in problem-solving and decision making Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must maintain a high level of confidentiality Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
