Flexibility to travel within the region as requiredWe are looking for a Highly skilled and experienced Client Executive that will oversee and lead our marketing efforts and workplace solutions at Waymo in Mountain View, CA and to the NorAm sites . Responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the sales efforts within the region. Senior-level position that requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent leadership abilities, and a track record of successful marketing campaigns.This role will be responsible for:
Direct responsibility of client contract and manages activities of unit(s) through lower-level subordinate managers or exempt employees who exercise significant latitude and independence in their assignments.
Human Resource responsibility (selection, orientation, training, and development of employees, including initiating hospitality training, such as the hiring and termination of employees, scheduling). Functions as an advisor to a unit regarding tasks, projects, and operations. Becomes actively involved in daily operations only when required to meet schedules or to resolve complex problems.
Develops and administers budgets, schedules, and performance.
