AI and Automation Analyst- Worldwide Operations

Your CareerPalo Alto Networks is looking for an enthusiastic and driven AI & Automation Analyst to join our Worldwide Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the latest AI and automation technologies to make a real impact. You'll play a crucial role in bringing innovative solutions to life across our global operations, including Supply Chain, Planning, Trade & Logistics, Service Logistics, Order Operations, Technical Operations, and Business Systems.In this role, you'll work closely with various operations teams to identify opportunities where AI and automation can enhance efficiency and create new capabilities. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing solutions that streamline processes and improve decision-making. While your primary focus will be within Worldwide Operations, you'll also collaborate with our IT team to ensure seamless integration and leverage existing infrastructure.Your ImpactOpportunity Identification: Help identify areas within operations where AI and automation can deliver significant value, such as optimizing processes, automating repetitive tasks, and supporting data-driven decisions.Solution Development & Support: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of AI and automation solutions. This includes gathering requirements, contributing to technical designs, and supporting testing and deployment efforts.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside operations subject matter experts to understand their challenges and contribute to solutions. Collaborate with the IT team on technical aspects, data, and system integration.Technology Exploration: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies. Research and evaluate new tools and techniques that could benefit our operations.Documentation & Training: Help create documentation for new AI and automation solutions and assist in providing training to end-users to ensure successful adoption.Performance Monitoring: Support the tracking of key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify areas for improvement.Data Quality & Governance: Assist in ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies and regulations to maximize the effectiveness of AI solutions
