Golden State Canna, a licensed cannabis delivery company, is currently hiring a dependable and professional Delivery/Distribution Driver to join our team in the Santa Barbara and Ventura area. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about cannabis, customer-focused, and ready to represent our brand with professionalism and care.
Position Overview:
This is a part-time opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time role. Drivers will be responsible for delivering cannabis products to customers safely, compliantly, and courteously. Company vehicles are provided—you will not be required to use your personal vehicle for deliveries.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid California Driver’s License
Clean DMV record (must provide a recent copy)
Strong knowledge of cannabis products or prior experience in the cannabis industry preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to follow compliance procedures and maintain confidentiality
Opportunity for a base pay increase following a probationary period

Company vehicle provided for all deliveries
