What We’re Looking For:
Electrical Experience Required:
- Must have hands-on experience with running conduit, wiring inverters, troubleshooting electrical issues, and working with solar PV systems.
- Experience with battery storage systems (a plus!).
- Proficiency with roof mounts, penetrations, and flashing installation.
- Ability to work safely and confidently on roofs.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
