We are a dynamic digital media agency and business coaching company looking to expand our team with a driven and enthusiastic Junior Salesperson. If you are a local in the Santa Barbara area and have a passion for sales, social media, and personal development, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

Position Overview:

This role will start as an assistant to the CEO, providing an excellent opportunity to learn the ropes and grow within the company. You will begin with social media management and connecting with prospects through the founder's profile. With comprehensive training on our products and services, you will quickly move into taking sales calls and closing deals. There is significant room for growth, with the potential to advance into a Sales Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Manage and grow the CEO's social media profiles, engaging with prospects and building relationships.

Prospect Engagement: Connect with potential clients on social media, using the founder's profile to generate interest and book calls.

Sales Training: Receive training on our products and services to effectively communicate value to prospects.

Sales Calls: Take sales calls and work towards closing deals, with a focus on delivering results.

Expansion Opportunity: As you prove your capabilities, there is potential to move into a Sales Manager position and take on more responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, particularly in closing deals.

Strong social media skills and the ability to engage with prospects online.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a quick learner.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Local to the Santa Barbara area with the ability to meet in person a couple of times a week.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Compensation:

$20/hour to start.

5% bonus on closed deals, with no cap on earnings.

Part-time role up to 20 hours a week, with the potential to expand to full-time.
