Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to join our team. The Security Guard will be responsible for protecting people, property, and assets by maintaining a safe and secure environment. The ideal candidate will have strong observation skills, good judgment, and the ability to handle situations calmly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol assigned premises on foot
Control access to buildings, offices, and
restricted areas.
Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, and security breaches.
Respond quickly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances.
Write clear and accurate daily activity reports and incident reports.
Enforce company rules, regulations, and site-specific policies.
Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency personnel when necessary.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Valid [State] Guard Card/license (or ability to obtain).
Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience a plus.
Strong communication and observation skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflicts professionally.
Physically fit to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
Flexible schedule; able to work nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.
