Salary: $18–$20/hour (DOE)

Join the team at the prestigious Montecito Country Club! We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Golf Shop Associate to provide exceptional service to our members and guests.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist members with golf shop purchases and inquiries
Process sales transactions accurately
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked merchandise displays
Support golf operations, including tee time coordination and tournament preparation
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on golf equipment and apparel
Qualifications:
Golf or retail Preferred Customer service experience
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Passion for golf a plus
