I am looking for a technical assistant who possesses the following skills:
- Knowledgeable about Mac computers and products
- Familiar with Keynote and has experience with using Keynote
slides in presentation mode
- Experience in handling Zoom webinars and responding to audio or
visual problems encountered by participants signing in or
remaining signed in
- Able to assign participants to break-out rooms in Zoom meetings
- Extensive experience with Microsoft for Mac computers and
various templates
- Knows how to work with Logos
- Familiar with HP Deskjet 2755e printer and its tendency to stop
working without apparent reason
- Good at problem-solving technical issues in general
- Willing to explore and research when difficulties arise
- Good communication skills; easy to work with
- Fluent in English language
- Patient with a client who somewhat lacks expertise in technical
matters
- Flexible schedule, good availability
- Willing to be available on an as-needed basis
- Could be available for occasional weekend trainings comprising 14
hours over weekends comprised of Fridays (4 hours) Saturdays
and Sundays (5 hours each)
- Can help with composition of marketing messages if required
- Extremely responsible and dependable, mature person.
