Local law firm in downtown Santa Barbara is in need of an office runner/assistant. The position is part-time Monday-Friday 1pm-5pm. Job description includes, but is not limited to the following:
Maintaining electronic files.
Copying, scanning, and shredding.
Document drop-off/pick-up.
Banks deposits.
Assisting with various tasks and general errands.
The job requires someone who is organized, detail oriented, takes direction well and likes working in a quiet office setting.
All applicants must have a reliable car, valid driver's license/car insurance and be familiar with downtown Santa Barbara.
