I’m a male business owner looking for a personal assistant to help me stay organized and free up time for my business. Right now, I need someone full time 10AM-6PM at my store in Goleta.
Responsibilities include:
Ordering Parts
Greeting Clients
Answering phone calls
Using Quickbooks to create estimates, invoices and sales receipts.
Running errands (post office, grocery shopping, returns, etc.)
Managing appointments (scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations)
Answering and organizing emails and DMs
Handling small personal and business-related tasks as needed
Pay: $25/hour to start, with potential for an increase after 3 months if everything goes well. (There is room to negotiate pay depending on experience level.)
