Local law firm in downtown Santa Barbara is in search of an office assistant/runner. The position is part-time Monday-Friday, 1pm-5pm.
Job description includes, but is not limited to the following:
Maintaining electronic files, copying, scanning, shredding, document pick-up/drop-off, general errands, bank deposits, assisting attorneys, paralegals and office manager with various tasks.
This position requires someone who is very organized, neat, detail oriented, takes direction well and likes working in an office setting.
Applicants must have a car with a valid driver license and insurance and is familiar with the downtown Santa Barbara area
