Help Wanted: Office Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team! If you are

Job Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Handle daily office tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
Maintain office supplies and ensure stock is replenished
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
Prepare and distribute correspondence and other materials as needed
Perform basic accounting tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciling
receipts
Assist with preparing financial reports and maintaining financial records
Support with payroll processing and managing petty cash
Help with general administrative support as required
Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports
o Including reports for review from internal point of sales system for review at
meetings
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
Proven experience as an office assistant or in another administrative role
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience with invoicing, bookkeeping,
and financial reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
