Looking for an experienced, dependable, and efficient Supervisor who will manage the front desk staff.
A Tennis Front Office Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the front desk operations at a tennis facility.
Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors at the front desk.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
Handle court reservations and scheduling for tennis activities.
Coordinate with coaches, staff, and members to ensure efficient use of tennis facilities.
Administrative Tasks:
Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
Manage and update membership information and databases.
Payment Processing:
Process payments for court reservations, memberships, and other services.
Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and handle any billing inquiries.
Supervision:
Supervise front office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Conduct training for new employees and ensure that staff follows established protocols.
Facility Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth overall facility operations.

court/pool reservations
Make sure that our website is accurate with all the court information for Summer Camps
Clinics: update every time Steph comes up with a new clinic/change
Communicate effectively with members, staff, and management regarding any updates, changes, or issues.
Handle phone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
Create folders and keep track of all children coming in for clinics
Bill everyone at the end of the sessions
Help with emails- after and before clinics
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Work to find solutions to any issues related to reservations, memberships, or facility usage.
Promotion and Marketing:
Assist in promoting tennis programs, lessons, and events to attract new members and participants.
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies.
Safety and Security:
Implement and enforce safety and security measures at the front desk and throughout the facility.
Respond appropriately to emergencies or incidents.
