Customer Service Specialist

Though it's a very public-facing position you're constantly multitasking, running systematic tasks and keeping chaos at bay. The team is fun, the customers are great and you're on your feet which can be a pleasant change from an office position. We're currently seeking a team member who will transition quickly from training to closing out the store each weekday, 9 - 3:30, M-F. We're posting in admin because it's a great change for a person who wishes to create order yet be in an environment that is more active social. We hire for attitude and can train on everything else. This position requires a level of experience consistent with directing a team. This begins at $25 per hour including tips and significant bonuses occur at intervals of approximately 3, 6 & 9 month periods. We offer sick pay, access to a Sep/Ira plan and a bonus package that rewards milestones hit and consistency.
