Growing Importing Company in Santa Barbara in search of a F/T Administrative Assistant to join our team. Looking for strong attention to detail. Position is key to our successful growth and continued success. Looking for team member to grow with us.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6:30 am-3:00 pm
Qualifications for position:
Experience in Administrative setting
Proficient in MS Office
Mac experience (Preferred)
Ability to muti-task and prioritize in a time sensitive manner
Typing/data entry with accuracy
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Candidate must work well under pressure, meeting deadlines efficiently
Must be able to lift and move 25lbs regularly.
High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties/Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Maintain business social media (Instagram, Facebook, Company Website)
Enter customer notes into VISCO (ERP Software)
Draft letters and emails
Chart creation and updates in Excel
Inventory control and shipment tracking
Process and coordinate UPS and Federal Express shipments
Coordinate marketing materials
General administrative tasks as assigned
