Construction Company seeks office help.
The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, wear many hats, and be able to solve problems with limited direction and a great sense of humor.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Billing = Create invoices and track Change Orders
Client Follow up and Retention
Work in conjunction with field supervisor for billing purposes
Accounts Payable
Coordinate and monitor office operations to ensure company requirements are sufficiently met
Preliminary Notices
Answer phones
Create and maintain file systems
Monitor supplies and inventory
Provide qualify staff support and contribute to the needs of the organization. Perform a variety of routine and non-routine administrative, clerical, and data entry tasks, and may assume other duties as required/needed.
JOB QUALIFCATIONS:
Fluency in Quckbooks and Excel
Minimum 1 years in similar role
Able to maintain a pleasant and positive demeanor during stressful and high demand situations.
Bilingual, Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
Ability to take ownership of work and communicate issues with management.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Schedule Monday Friday (32-40hrs)
