Templock Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated staff member who is comfortable working as part of a team. Templock is a small, stable, Santa Barbara-based company that creates and sells packaging materials for the food and pharmaceutical industries Templock has been in this business for over 45 years. We take pride in working as a team to serve our customers. We are a company of only 6 people but we serve many Fortune 500 customers. In this close knit environment we are looking for someone that is open, honest, respectful and expects the same from others. We rely and support each other and a strong work ethic is required.
We have an opening for a full-time account administrator. The starting pay rate is $25./hour.
Responsibilities include:
-Processing customer orders and placing orders with our suppliers.
- Entering our suppliers invoices and preparing them for payment
-Working closely with and provide information to our sales and support staff
- Preparing reports for sales and accounting
-Providing status updates for shipping
Qualifications:
-College degree or AA degree and additional work experience
-3 to 5 years of previous work experience
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
-Stable work history

-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, both written and verbally
- Comfortable making decisions within your area of responsibility
- Efficient with computers, can type by touch and use a numeric pad
-Ability to multi-task effectively
-Strong work ethic with an interest in meeting goals
- Must be good at basic math operations
