Responsibilities:
Engage and inform potential residents and their networks through effective marketing strategies. Follow-up with tours and manage marketing efforts. Don’t worry about quotas and enjoy a stress -free environment.
Build relationships with Santa Barbara businesses.
Oversee social media and event marketing.
Collaborate with the Alexander Gardens team to ensure smooth transitions through the move-in process.
Qualifications:
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
Must-have: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Required:
Ability to pass drug testing and a comprehensive background check.
