Alto Lucero Transitional Care is seeking Full-Time Accounting/HR Assistant to join our team! The Accounting/HR Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Accounts Receivable, Accounts-Payable, and Human Resources department. This position is a shared role between 2 departments.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with billing of all payer types
Proof A/P invoices to ensure accuracy
Help manage residents trust accounts
Maintains all resident business office files and accounting reports
Answer billing questions from family members/residents in timely manner
Audit payroll reports and timesheets
Responsible for various HR projects/initiatives
Skills/Requirements:
High school graduate or GED equivalent
Previous training in Accounting or Human Resources preferred
MUST have strong attention-to-detail and self-motivated
Have good communication skills and the ability to maintain good relations with staff, family members, residents, and other personnel
