Our Medical Center (SNF) needs a full-time LVN, and our Assisted Living / Memory Care needs a part-time RN or LVN for variable shifts (RN: $46.00 - $49.00; LVN: $37.00 - $40.00, both DOE). Medical Center: Evening Shifts are 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Alternate Weekends are required for all positions.
