HINCHEE HOMES is 501(c)3 non-profit whose mission is to enhance the quality of life of individuals with developmental disabilities and we are currently seeking Direct Care Staff to join our team! We currently have both part-time and full-time hours (availability should include some overnight and weekend shifts). We are willing to work with the right candidate on a schedule that works for everyone. Our starting wage is $16.50/hour for Direct Care Staff to $19/hour for Direct Care Staff who have CNA Certification. We are offering a sign on bonus of $500 to be paid out after 90 days of employment.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. High School Diploma, HHA, Medical Assistant, and/OR equivalent work experience
2. Desire to provide care for individuals with developmental disabilities
3. Ability to read, write and speak in English
4. Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
5. Must be able to transfer 120 pounds with two person lift
6. Good health as demonstrated by a health exam
7. Must be fingerprinted and approved for work by Dept. of Health Services
8. Requires frequent bending, sitting, climbing, and repetitive use of hands (grasping, pushing & pulling, reaching and use of both hands)
