Hours of Operation: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Join our small, private dental practice located near the ocean, dedicated to providing personalized and high-quality care to our patients. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Dental Receptionist/Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk efficiently.
- Handle insurance claims and billing processes.
- Maintain a professional and organized front office environment.
Requirements:
- Friendly, adaptable, and professional disposition.
- Experience as a dental receptionist is preferred.
- Experience as a dental assistant is preferred.
- Knowledge of Dentrix and imaging software is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Openness to learn back-office tasks, with a potential transition to a dental assistant role.
- Strong communication skills and punctuality are essential.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and comfortability with using computers in general is essential.
