Validation Ale has expanded to the uptown area to open Validation Annex at 2840 De La Vina Street.
Available positions:
Foodrunning/dishwasher: both shifts on Saturday and Sunday
Day Shifts: 11am-4 (Sat and Sun)
Night shifts: Starting at 5pm (Sat) or 4pm (Sun)
Linecooks (preferably with pizza experience)
Daytime: Saturday and Sunday starting at 10am
Night time: all nights available starting at 4pm
Qualifications and responsibilities:
Minimum 3 year cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
Ability to learn our detailed menu and continually cook our food to the expected standard
Ability to execute new specials each shift or cook an alternative menu
Ability to complete the necessary food preparation on shift
Ability to follow the leadership of the lead Chef
Food Safety Certification and ability to maintain protocols
Ability to maintain the daily and weekly cleaning schedule
Be on time and keep a clean appearance
Ability to stand, cook, and hustle for demanding 6 hour periods of time
Partial English for communication with the front of house
