Kyle’s Kitchen is seeking a kitchen leader for our two Kyle’s Kitchen restaurants, catering program, and Silvergreens grab-n-go production.
Qualities we are seeking from this individual:
Have a strong background in a high-volume kitchen working on the cook line, salad line, and expediting roles
Be passionate about training and developing their kitchen team
Have a track record of being a successful kitchen leader
Communicate effectively to team
Have experience in scheduling, purchasing, inventory, PARs
Be effective at holding kitchen teams accountable
Have a keen attention to detail and presentation
Be a fast-paced, high-energy individual with a show-by-example mentality
Be proficient in technology including POS, COGS management, scheduling
Have a growth mindset for self and others
Responsibilities include:
Lead & develop BOH at Kyle’s Kitchen restaurants
Support production leadership for catering and Silvergreens grab-n-go
Be a hands on “unit producing” leader in kitchen during lunch and dinner
Constantly focus on training and BOH staff development
Continually strive for efficiencies and improvements in operations
Product & presentation consistency for all food including dine-in and take-out
Support GM with BOH personnel schedules
Be responsible for hitting food and labor budgets
Daily utilization of various technology solutions, including POS, scheduling, ordering, inventory management, spreadsheets
Compensation
Earn - $25-30/hr DOE
