- To care about the food, people, and program
- Friendly and has a positive attitude
- Organized / professional / leads by example
- Writing prep lists
- Training employees and maintaining quality standards
- Delegation
- Ordering for the whole program
- Being trained and working the line for all stations depending on the needs of service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5yrs of management experience.
- Current Food Handler Permit.
- Able to work 8-10 hour shifts on your feet.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Eager to learn and develop professionally in the culinary arts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
