Middle Eastern fast-casual dining experience where tradition meets modern flair. We specialize in serving up both classic and contemporary dishes, ranging from flavorful shawarma + falafel plates, gourmet sandwiches, and delightful hummus. But that's not all – we're passionate about freshness, which is why we feature weekly specials sourced directly from local farmers' markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

To care about the food, people, and program

Friendly and has a positive attitude

Organized / professional / leads by example

Writing prep lists

Training employees and maintaining quality standards

Delegation

Ordering for the whole program

Being trained and working the line for all stations depending on the needs of service

QUALIFICATIONS:

2-5yrs of management experience.

Current Food Handler Permit.

Able to work 8-10 hour shifts on your feet.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Eager to learn and develop professionally in the culinary arts.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A team player with a positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
