Harry's House is an affordable Senior Living Community offering enhanced services of meals, transportation, resident advocacy and housekeeping. Our dining department provides meals to residents, three times a day in a buffet style setting in the community dining hall. The Dietary Aides/Hostess position plays an important role in our community. The Dietary Aide/Hostess is responsible for providing support in the kitchen, serving meals to the residents in the community, providing assistance during each meal and ensuring an overall pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities and essential functions
- Greet residents, guest and staff.
- Properly serving meals to the resident and politely taking care of their dining needs.
- Ensuring each meal is an enjoyable one for all residents.
- Meal serving
- Cleaning of the dining area
- Dishwashing
- Meal preparation
- Kitchen Cleaning
- Other duties as assigned by management.
