Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in Santa Barbara, California for an Executive Assistant. This role is integral to our client's operations, providing strategic support to the CEO, managing executive calendars, coordinating high-level meetings, and conducting market research. The Executive Assistant will also play a key role in marketing, brand management, business development, event coordination, and operational support.Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring smooth business operations on a daily basis. Coordinate high-level internal and external meetings, strategy sessions, and engagements with various stakeholders. Conduct thorough industry analysis and market research to provide valuable insights for informed decision-making. Handle high-priority communications in a detail oriented manner, ensuring timely responses to partners, clients, and executives. Oversee and manage the CEO’s LinkedIn presence, creating content to strengthen thought leadership and brand visibility. Assist in implementing marketing initiatives that position us as industry leaders in our field. Organize and execute domestic industry events and client engagement experiences to strengthen our presence. Manage office operations, maintaining a well-organized and detail oriented workspace. Coordinate office budgets, vendor relationships, and operational logistics. Arrange CEO travel, itinerary management, and logistics for business development trips and events.Requirements Experience with CRM systems for customer relationship management Strong calendar management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in coordinating and managing conference calls Ability to handle detail oriented correspondence with discretion and confidentiality Experience in organizing high profile events Proven track record of supporting high-level executives Experience in dealing with high-net-worth individuals Experience in coordinating travel arrangements for large groups Prior private industry experience.
