CLD is a local family-owned Landscape Contractor that focuses on high-end residential clients throughout Santa Barbara county. This role is perfect for a student seeking part-time work that will help you to familiarize yourself with landscape construction methods as well as the ins and outs of the business.
Duties and Responsibilities
Create proposals and bids for new projects
Respond to emails
Order plants and place them in the field
Maintain communication with colleagues, landscape architects, general contractors, clients, etc.
Hours and schedule may be flexible but generally depend on project needs
Need to be able to drive to the office and different project sites, occasional remote work is possible
Required Skills
Microsoft Suite
AutoCAD, Bluebeam or other software to perform takeoffs
Reading plans
Clear communication
Basic Spanish
Compensation
$20-$23 Depending on experience
