We’re looking for multiple highly experienced bookkeepers who are confident, detail oriented, and who can proficiently handle advanced bookkeeping responsibilities. Advanced to expert level proficiency in processing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, P&L Statements, Balance Sheets and all general ledger activity.
These are onsite positions, please only apply if you live within a short commute of Santa Barbara, CA.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
7+ years experience in bookkeeping and accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro, Enterprise, and Network versions
Able to manage AP/AR, reconciliation, P&L, Balance Sheets, and all general ledger activity
Payroll processing and employee onboarding/offboarding
Monthly closings and financial reporting
Assisting with audits and tax preparation
Assist with special projects as assigned
Comfortable working independently
Long term opportunity with room to grow
Previous managerial experience a plus

Compensation: Competitive pay based upon experience ($28-$35/hr.)
