This role entails various functions including contract creation, billing, and handling requests for refunds. The successful candidate will be working in a dynamic environment that heavily utilizes the Salesforce platform, which is essential to the role. This role will be a long term temporary /contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume Salesforce data and cases for accuracy.
- Use Salesforce for quoting, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Assist with contract creation, securing timely approvals.
- Resolve refund requests seamlessly across multiple platforms.
- Optimize billing processes using SaaS expertise to improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve any issues related to billing.
- Manage billing tasks using Zoura, ensuring all customer bills are generated and sent out on time.
- Handle requests for refunds using Salesforce, Zoura, and Excel, making sure all requests are properly processed and resolved.
- Assist with light accounts receivable tasks
Requirements:
- Proficiency in billing procedures
- Knowledge and experience with SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
