The Accounting & Benefits Manager plays a key role in ensuring the financial health, accuracy, and compliance of our office’s operations. This position is responsible for managing and executing all core accounting functions, including bookkeeping, payroll, vendor and account management, employee benefit coordination and administration, and financial reporting. The Accounting & Benefits Manager works closely with leadership to support decision-making by providing timely and accurate financial data, assists with annual budgeting and quarterly reviews, and ensures compliance with all federal, state, and internal financial regulations.
