File Clerk

Description We are offering an opportunity for a File Clerk to join our team in Santa Ana, California. This role involves meticulous organization and handling of documents in a seated position, with a focus on scanning and filing tasks. This position is part of the Financial Services industry and will be performed onsite. Responsibilities: Execute filing operations in an organized, efficient manner. Handle scanning tasks with high attention to detail. Use Adobe Acrobat to manage and manipulate PDF files. Utilize A-Systems, Epic Software, and IBM AS/400 for various clerical tasks. Answer inbound calls and provide customer service. Prepare charts and graphs using MS Office Suites. Carry out clerical duties including correspondence as necessary. Maintain customer credit records and process customer credit applications. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on account status. Utilize 'About Time' software for effective time management and task completion. Requirements Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role as a File Clerk Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is essential Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required Familiarity with A-Systems software would be beneficial Knowledge of Epic Software is a plus Hands-on experience with IBM AS/400 is desirable Proficiency in using About Time software Ability to handle answering inbound calls effectively Experience in creating charts and graphs Must be experienced in performing clerical duties Ability to manage correspondence efficiently.
