If so, then this is the role for you!Our Fortune 500 East Bay Client has an open Data Analyst role at their HQ in San Ramon, CA. The HR Data Analyst will spend their time supporting the compensation department by researching, gathering, analyzing and reporting on key data. The HR Data Analyst should be a self-starter with drive and resolve to seek out appropriate relationships to efficiently get at the data they need to answer ad-hoc and recurring business requests. The HR Data Analyst should have strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities. In addition to these skills, the HR Data Analyst should be able to work well under pressure and keep to tight deadlines. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills are a must. SQL skills a plus.
