Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in San Luis Obispo, California. The Accounts Payable Specialist will also monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications. Maintain precise records of customer credit. Resolve customer inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner. Monitor vendor accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary. Utilize accounting software systems to manage data and generate reports. Familiarize with the ADP Financial Services platform for seamless operations. Manage expense checks to employees every pay period. Maintain accurate and timely data entry. Audit accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Facilitate the transition towards a more paperless environment by digitizing records where possibleRequirements Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is a plus. Prior experience in Excel is advantageous. Ability to handle high volumes of invoices.
