Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Specialist in San Leandro, California. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in handling our payroll operations, utilizing various accounting software systems, and ensuring high-level accuracy in all transactions and record keeping. The role is based in our San Leandro office and offers a chance to be part of our dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Construction payroll experience, at least 5 years
Must have experience with Certified Payroll Reporting (CPR) for public works construction
Ideally has experience doing union payroll
Must have strong understand of DIR determinations and prevailing wage requirements common to construction companies
Able to commute to hayward location 3-4 days a week
Prior exposure to accounts payable work is a plus, but the critical need is construction payroll and certified payroll reporting.
