JOB REQUISITIONTalent Director (Management Resources, Full-Time Engagement Professional)LOCATIONCA SAN JOSEJOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a Talent Director to join our Management Resources Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) Practice located in [City, State]. As a Talent Director, you will be responsible for business/client relationship development as well as recruitment and talent management for the FTEP practice. You will focus on recruiting and delivering skilled contract talent for client project and interim needs within finance and accounting, human resources and operations, and business systems implementations and transformations.The professionals hired into the FTEP Practice are full-time employees of Robert Half , who receive a salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and are eligible to earn impactful discretionary bonuses to help maximize their total annual earnings.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development and Client Relationship Management

Introduce our services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients.

Develop enterprise-wide relationships with key stakeholders to present Robert Half’s suite of offerings for complex client initiatives requiring senior-level professionals.

Research trends in hiring, the labor market, and the competitor landscape.

Act as a trusted business advisor to our clients through the delivery and analysis of market insights and industry trends.

Collaborate with clients to identify potential opportunities for expansion and growth.

Execute quality assurance calls and on-site meetings with clients to ensure expectations are met and to identify additional project or staff augmentation needs.

Recruiting and Talent Management

Recruit and hire highly skilled finance and accounting full-time engagement professionals through utilizing recruiting resources such as our internal database, online postings and searches, networking, and referrals.

Conduct in-depth interviews via video, telephone, and in-person meetings to assess skill sets and competencies.

Execute talent redeployment and retention strategies.

Provide consistent communication, guidance, and performance feedback to the talent pool to support career development.

Act as a trusted career partner to our talent through the delivery and analysis of market insights and industry trends.

Participate in professional industry associations to increase our presence within the local finance and accounting community.

Conduct periodic performance evaluations and merit pay reviews.

Qualifications

A business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting. CPA and/or MBA a plus.

5+ years of consulting/project delivery experience; professional services experience preferred.

Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Skilled at managing multiple complex projects at once.

Proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.

Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.

Salary: The typical salary range for this position is $69,000 to $99,000. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location.
