Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Maintenance Technician where you will be responsible for the installation of furniture, lights, home appliances, and the wall mounting of mirrors and artwork according to our furnishing standards. Your role includes conducting repairs in carpentry, handyman tasks, and light painting. You will troubleshoot and repair issues, and when necessary, coordinate with specialist appliance engineers. Conduct inspections and provide snag lists for the apartments, liaise with contractors for specialized maintenance tasks, and follow up on these tasks. Additionally, you will assist guests with maintenance or technical issues related to their stay to ensure a positive experience and deliver missing items to clients as needed.Hard Skills
